Harborough Indoor Market has an 800 year old history of trade including a cattle market and now resides in the centre of the town in a purpose built market hall built in 1993.
There are two halls, a food and general hall, each with independent traders selling everything from meat, fruit and veg, cheese, fish, Dim Sum, Biltong, clothing, haberdashery and gifts. In the last three years we have developed an events programme which has welcomed a Railex model train exhibition, Comic Con, Leicester Comedy Festival, Steampunk, and 1940s weekends.
For LYLM 2025, we will be covering social media posts featuring our lovely traders, plus we also have one of our feature markets in our outdoor space on The Square which is our ever growing Artisan Fair showcasing local makers and producers.
