Harborough Indoor Market has an 800 year old history of trade including a cattle market and now resides in the centre of the town in a purpose built market hall built in 1993.
There are two halls, a food and general hall, each with independent traders selling everything from meat, fruit and veg, cheese, fish, Dim Sum, Biltong, clothing, haberdashery and gifts. In the last two years we have developed an events programme which welcomed Railex a model train exhibition in 2022, Comic Con in 2023 and along with both of those events, in 2024 we will be hosting our first Steampunk day.
For LYLM 2024, we will be covering social media posts daily featuring our lovely traders, plus we also have one of our feature markets in our outdoor space on The Square which is our ever growing Artisan Fair showcasing local makers and producers.
