Following a recent refurbishment of Castleford indoor market, the new main event space gives us the opportunity to host games, activities and market events which showcase local enterprise, such as our New Traders Markets and Craft Fairs. The space also provides community groups and charities a place to reach out to the local residents to offer support. The outdoor market runs Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, offering customer a wide range of products. Following last year’s success with the Trader Markets, Castleford are pleased to be holding their local heat for the NMTFs Young Trader Market on 16^th May , kicking off the 2026 Love Your Local Market Campaign across our district.
