Our Stokesley Farmers’ Market has a relatively recent history, beginning back in 2003, but it’s grown steadily ever since. What started as a small gathering of passionate local producers has become a thriving monthly event. Now we’re proudly home to over 30 stalls filled with incredible local food and craft. Every market day, we’re proud to see the square buzzing with visitors

Visitors can expect to see our local traders with outstanding range of goods including fresh bread, cakes, biscuits and puddings, cereals, dairy produce and free-range eggs, fish, meats, poultry and game, pies and pasties, preserves, jams, honey, chutneys, fudge, seasonal vegetables, fruit, plants and herbs. Every month brings something new to discover and enjoy.

Recognised as one of the most successful and popular farmers’ markets in the region, Stokesley’s reputation was firmly cemented when we won the FARMA National Farmers’ Market of the Year Award in 2014. At the award ceremony, judge Gareth Jones described it as “a jewel of a farmers’ market — brimming with local food and bursting with energy. It’s clear why it is so loved.”
