The University of Birmingham Artisan Market will be proudly taking part in the nationwide Love Your Local Market campaign – a global celebration of markets that highlights the role they play in supporting small businesses, creativity and community spirit .

To mark the campaign, on Tuesday 26th May the market will be fully dressed in official Love Your Local Market branded décor, creating a vibrant and recognisable atmosphere across the site. This will include eye-catching banners, bunting, posters and campaign materials, helping to bring the space to life and clearly showcase our involvement in this national celebration .

Alongside this, we will be delivering a targeted social media campaign across our channels, celebrating the people behind the market. This will include trader spotlights, behind-the-scenes content, and encouraging visitors to share their own experiences using the official campaign hashtags such as #LoveYourLocalMarket and #MadeByMarkets. By tagging and collaborating with the national campaign channels, we’ll amplify our reach and connect with a wider audience.
